How to contact us:
Use the form or send an email.
First, there is no us. Just me! I’m located in the United States, but I ship pens all over the world. If you want to contact me, you can use the short form below or simply send me an email. I was never a fan of contact forms, but I realize they can be more convenient than email. I’m using the most recent version of reCAPTCHA (Google Form Security) that doesn’t require clicking boxes to confirm you’re a real person. If you elect to use the email address, just note that I don’t use CLICKABLE email links. Web crawlers can pick them up. You know, those little “bots” that scour the Internet. So it’s best to avoid them. Instead, I substitute the @ symbol in the addresses with <at>, so the bots can’t pick them up. But the address is easy to remember. So use either method you prefer, and I’ll try to get back to you as promptly as possible.
A word about email replies…
I usually check my emails every few days (I don’t check them on days I’m working on pens). But if you email me and don’t get a reply within a few days, please email me again (I don’t mind getting multiple emails). Sometimes an email will end up in the spam folder, so it might take a few more days to find it. However, you may also want to check your spam box too, just to make sure mine didn’t end up there as well (especially if you have Gmail or Hotmail accounts). Those apps have a habit of filtering out more than they should. If you find that’s the case, then you can easily resolve it by adding my email address to the safe senders list in your email app. You can find instructions by doing a web search for your particular email account or app.
